We hold strong to a no-refund policy. Here's why:

Our offerings are digital commodities, available at your fingertips as soon as you make a purchase. So, once you've downloaded a theme, it's not like you can box it up and ship it back like a physical product. The digital nature of a Ghost theme opens up the possibility of fraudulent practices where someone could buy, download, and then ask for a refund while keeping the downloaded product.

That said, we totally get that sometimes things don't quite go as planned. If you run into any hiccups, we greatly urge you to get in touch. Even though we don't offer refunds, we're always ready and willing to help iron out any technical hiccups you might hit or help you utilize your purchased theme to its fullest potential.
