# Refund Policy

We hold to a no-refund policy. Here's why:

Our offerings are digital products, available immediately after purchase. Once you've downloaded a theme, it's not like a physical product that can be returned. The digital nature of Ghost themes opens up the possibility of fraudulent practices where someone could buy, download, and then request a refund while keeping the product.

That said, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. If you run into any issues, we strongly encourage you to get in touch. Even though we don't offer refunds, we're always ready to help resolve technical issues or help you get the most out of your purchase.
